Michael is a people-person, and loves to talk and educate about food. He hosted  Radio Air America’s popular “Wild Salmon” food talk program, created the The Ace Award nominated Cable TV show “Secrets from the Kitchen” and was a finalist on The Next Food Network Star”. But above all he loves to feed people!

Michael has been a part of the New York restaurant scene since the rocking 80’s, and has witnessed countless food trends and worked along the best chef’s in the world. Since graduating from the Culinary Institute of America he has been a Saucier at NYC’s famed “The 21 Club”, Chef de Cuisine at the celebrated and innovative “Arcadia Restaurant”, and he cooked for countless celebrities as the Executive Chef at “Mickey Mantle’s” in New York City. He was also the personal chef for Mayor Koch, where he created memorable meals for the likes of Jackie Onassis, Uma Thurman, Jon Bon Jovi , senators and other members of the New York elite.

In addition to his culinary skills Michael is a well-seasoned food operator. He was named “Restaurateur of the Year” while running the food services at “Macy’s Herald Sqaure”, which he operated for 14 years. More recently he launched a 20,000’ gourmet food market and farm-to-table restaurant for famed Chef Michael Mina in St. Petersburg in Florida. In 2016 he was hired by the Hard Rock International Group and New York Yankees organization to turn around the challenged “NYY Steak Restaurant”. Under his direction the restaurant was successfully relaunched as “New York Yankees Steakhouse”.
